After working steadily as an actor for most of his life, Brett Bower is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after directors of independent films. He has four critically acclaimed projects under his belt in the short span of two years. He began with the smash-hit romantic comedy "Star-Crossed," and followed with the short film "Miss Understanding" and the intense psychological suspense drama "Venom." Most recently, he is receiving praise for his work both as an actor and a director in the powerful action/drama "Drifting," which was the hit of the 2004 San Antonio Independent Christian Film Festival.Most recently, he has appeared in regional commercials and documentaries and spends much of his time devoted to stage roles and writing new screenplays.
