Chelsea O'Toole Biography

Chelsea O'Toole was born in St. Petersburg, Florida. She grew up in the small town of Pennsville, NJ and is a Pennsville Memorial High graduate of 2007. Chelsea was little Miss Septemberfest in 1996 and Miss Septemberfest 2006. She graduated from the News Studies broadcasting program at KYW-Channel 3 in Philadelphia with teleprompter experience. She recently graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, majoring in Media/Journalism for Broadcasting with a minor in Theater Arts and concentrations in Dance/ Music. Chelsea is SAG-AFTRA and loves to travel.
