Christopher Hutson Biography

Born and raised in Iowa. He was a stand-up comedian in the late 80s and 90s. Settled in Los Angeles in the early 90s and landed several television guest spots, as well as numerous national commercials. He studied improv comedy with Second City LA, Acme and The Empty Stage Theater, where he worked with SNL's Kristen Wiig in the Perks Comedy Group.While acting, he trained himself as an AVID editor, where he cut commercials, features, shorts and industrials. Eventually, he stepped behind the camera and went on to produce, direct and write.Northern Arizona University Alumni
