Richard Roxburgh Biography

Roxburgh was born in Albury, New South Wales to John (now deceased, died in July 2011) and Mary Roxburgh; he is the youngest of six children. He studied economics at the Australian National University in Canberra, but decided to become an actor, and was admitted to the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) on his second audition attempt.
