To insure the prevention of time paradoxes, the Time Protection Department a.k.a. the TPD was established to prevent further time crimes. When four enlisted TPD cadets were tricked by a mafia family called the Londers in letting them travel to the year 2000 A.D. to commit crimes, the four cadets must also travel to the year 2000 to take down the Londers as the Timerangers.
